Germany is the biggest host nation of major trade fairs in Europe, with Frankfurt being the trade fair capital. Although English is spoken widely at these trade fairs, a crucial psychological and therefore commercial advantage can be gained through the application of cross cultural communication skills, where British business successfully sells itself in the foreign language, namely German.
